Commercial Electronic Message Consent

A commercial electronic message is any message with data, voice or visual content sent for commercial purposes through channels such as telephone, call centres, fax, automated dialling systems, email, SMS and instant messaging applications (e.g. WhatsApp).

Lucerna Business Solutions asks for your explicit consent in order to send product and service announcements, campaigns, event invitations, newsletters, satisfaction surveys and general information.

Consent can be given separately for email, SMS and WhatsApp. Messages are only sent through the channels you approve.

This consent is optional. Declining it does not prevent your contact or demo request from being handled and does not affect the services you receive.

Commercial message consent is separate from the KVKK Privacy Notice and is never bundled with it.

Using the WhatsApp button on the site does not constitute commercial message consent. In that case we only reply within the conversation you started.

To receive promotional messages on WhatsApp, the explicit consent described on this page must also be given.

Your approvals are recorded together with the date, channel, consent text and contact detail, and may be registered with the Turkish Message Management System (İYS) as required by law.

You can view, update or withdraw your consent status through İYS.

You may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason.

Opt-out requests are processed within three (3) business days of receipt.

Name, email address, telephone number and communication preference are processed for sending commercial electronic messages and keeping the consent record, based on explicit consent and compliance with legal obligations.
